2. Meet with an Advisor
Schedule a phone or in-person interview with an academic advisor at UC. Call 315-443-3261 or e-mail ucinfo@uc.syr.edu.
3. Complete your Forms
Complete one of the following forms and either mail it to the address shown on the form or bring it with you when you meet with an academic advisor.
• Registration form (to register for a course)
• Admission Application form (to apply to an SU degree program)
