Individuals whose financial and educational backgrounds would prohibit them from regular admission to Syracuse University can apply through the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP).

Every new University College part-time student is assigned to an academic advisor to plan and discuss their academic plan.

New students must register in person, by mail, or by fax. Returning University College students can register online.
